Mind, Body and Soul -- Canberra Floriade 堪培拉花展

Floriade in Canberra, once one year, it's start Sep 12th this time and I was so luck to catch it at the first day (- thanks the friend's invitation).

First surprise, the whole Floriade area is free to visit, I like see some beautiful thing, especially, it's free!! :P

事实上，当我踏进入口时，看到的景象我有点失望，都是商业化的区域，小棚子下面是一些小贩子们在摆摊，卖的东西也是平日常见的蜜糖，干果，辣酱之类。眼前也只有很小片的花儿。。。

不过往里走了10米，发现了花的海洋，大片的连绵起伏的，或金灿灿，或粉嫩嫩，或红艳艳，或紫盈盈，空气中清新的花草香味，心情也跟着步子慢慢舒畅起来了。越往深处，那湖边的花簇应合着湖水粼粼的波光，很是让人心动的画面哦。。。

Don't miss it, come to Canberra quick!! 呀，我这句有点卖广告的嫌疑啦~~呵呵，朋友抱怨没有美女在照片里哦，ok, 来一张吧-花农小周。嘿嘿!

Bondi Beach & Sabbaba 's FALAFEL

A friend was surprised to know I never been Bondi beach even I living Sydney 18 monthes.:P

So, today, nice weather, the friend took me to Bondi to show me how a fantastic beach there are...

However, there was real hard to find parking around the beach, we had to drop the car somewhere (under a no parking sign~~) and quick steps on the St...

On the corner, 有个看起来挺多人的shop, 朋友神秘的说，这个餐馆有很好吃的东西，FALAFEL , 好难记的名字！！（当时默念3遍，还是忘记了。。。），买了，送给我当做晚餐。。。(home made lemon juice, also nice.）

Acutally, I had big lunch and thought I don' t need more for dinner, but I bite a small piece when I got home, then I couldn' t stop...and would like to share the delicious to all friends...

Ground spiced chickpeas and fava beans shaped into balls and fried.

FALAFEL is an israeli delicacy. The falafel balls are made fo minced chickpeas, fresh vegetables, herbs and then friend in quality vegetable oil. Falafel is vegatarain, nourishing and very healthy.

点心之广东话

今天突然问同事，点心的广东话怎么讲，答案是“dim sum”。。。
so strange, lots word have "m" in Candonese .猜想是不是早期广东人以打鱼为生，在海上风大，说一个字就闭一下嘴巴，所以总是"m"m"的，结果就沿袭至今呢。。。

美容甜品-红豆沙

食用红豆的好处我就不多说啦，因为好处太多了。。。:P
超喜欢吃红豆沙，总觉得市场上卖的罐装会有防腐剂，对我来说也太甜，一直很想自己做来吃，可是熬红豆要很久呢，时间~~


呵呵，最近发现一种偷懒的方法，10分钟内就可以喝到好喝的红豆沙了：

原料：红豆，天然红豆粉，莲子粉，圆子，红糖/白糖。。。

准备：把红豆用水泡在保险盒里，放入冰箱冷冻室，冻过的豆子很容易煮开花的。

1，化开少许冷冻的红豆，放入锅中加入2碗水煮
2，水开后，加入4勺红豆粉，一勺莲子粉，红糖/白糖适量
3，不停搅拌均匀，再开滚即可食用

如果喜欢吃圆子的朋友，可以加入适量圆子小煮一下即可，爱美的朋友记得要放入一小勺阿胶粉，滋补养颜滴。
