A friend was surprised to know I never been Bondi beach even I living Sydney 18 monthes.:P
So, today, nice weather, the friend took me to Bondi to show me how a fantastic beach there are...

(pic from google)
However, there was real hard to find parking around the beach, we had to drop the car somewhere (under a no parking sign~~) and quick steps on the St...
On the corner, 有个看起来挺多人的shop, 朋友神秘的说,这个餐馆有很好吃的东西,FALAFEL , 好难记的名字!!(当时默念3遍,还是忘记了。。。),买了,送给我当做晚餐。。。(home made lemon juice, also nice.)
Acutally, I had big lunch and thought I don' t need more for dinner, but I bite a small piece when I got home, then I couldn' t stop...and would like to share the delicious to all friends...

ReplyDeleteGood food...
But maybe a better Falafel can be found at Yummba - at Bondi Juction Westfield...
And the best falafel - you must got to Israel for that... :-)
Cheers - Amit.
Lol, Thanks Amit.
ReplyDeleteGreat, starting plan to travel to Israel...
:D
More:
Falafel is originally from Egypt, and different places make them a bit different like the Hummus - can be differ from place to place but for Amit the best Falafel is from Israel, as he grows up there - lol
as a new australian originally from israel without a doubt the best falafel is in sabbaba. i tried yummba and it is so salty and missing that something special. i actually had the worse food poisoning in israel, it's hygiene levels in most falafel places is so bad. and they dont make them on the spot like sabbaba..also i dont like that in israel people grab pickles etc with their hands nothing covered in display!
